Fires on Crown Meadow, Bridgnorth

Shropshire fire and rescue have alerted West Mercia Police of 2 incidents (Saturday 8th & 15th February 2025) in which domestic wheelie bins have been set alight on the Crown Meadow, Bridgnorth.

This is classified as arson which is a serious offence and puts lives at risk. The smoke can contain all sorts of toxins and hazardous fumes.  The offence carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.

Someone must know who committed these offences. If you have information or suspicious CCTV footage about the bin fires, please contact the police by responding to this message or via 101.
